The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the price of palm fruit bunches on the welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study were oil palm collectors and farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency totaling 30 people. While the variables examined in this study is the of price of palm fruit bunches and welfare of farmers. Based on the results obtained that price of palm fruit bunches simultaneously affect the welfare of farmers with a value of correlation R = 0.731 which shows the close relationship between the of price of palm fruit bunches and welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. While the R-square at 0.535 which can mean of price of palm fruit bunches has a contribution of 53.5% contribution to welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Partially obtained of price of palm fruit bunches effect on the welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency with signifivantly 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.05. With simple linear regression equation in this study : Y = 7.008 + 0.809X.

The influence of suitability of education and length of work on employee performance at the Ahmad Yani sharia pawnshop branch office in Pekanbaru

This study aims to find out 1) How education level affects employee performance at the Ahmad Yani Pegadaian Syariah Pekanbaru Branch Office 2) How length of work affects employee performance at Ahmad Yani Pegadaian Syariah Pekanbaru Branch Office 3) How education level and length of work work togethereffect on the performance of employees at the Ahmad Yani Pegadaian Syariah Pekanbaru Branch Office. The subjects in this study were all employees of the Ahmad Yani Pawnshop Syariah Branch Office and the objects of research were the level of education, length of work, and employee performance. The samples were taken as many as 25 respondents. The data obtained was then processed by using SPSS tools 22 Methods of data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees, observation and interviews the results of the tests conducted show that 1) Education level has a negative and significant effect on employee performance 2) Length of service has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ahmad Branch Office Yani Pegadaian Syariah Pekanbaru.

ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER PERCEPTIONS ON THE USE OF DIGITAL SERVICES AT PEGADAIAN SHARIA AHMAD YANI BRANCH PEKANBARU

This study describes the Analysis of Customer Perceptions of the Use of Digital Services at the Ahmad Yani Sharia Pegadaian Branch, Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, within six months. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of the PSDS application is in accordance with the purpose of making the PSDS application to facilitate customers in making transactions at sharia pawnshops. The Customer Perception Analysis of the use of the PSDS application service is based on the quality of digital services, where the PSDS application is relatively fast and provides a lot of needed information and also has good and easy-to-understand features, so that customers are assisted by the PSDS application. Ease of transactions, where the PSDS application is available, customers find it easier to make transactions, especially customers who don't have much time to come to the outlet. Customer satisfaction using the application is in accordance with what is expected, even though sometimes there are a few errors due to the network, the pawnshop is ready to assist customers in making transactions using the PSDS application.

PERBANDINGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH DAN BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KONVENSIONAL DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2021-2023

The research is comparing the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks (ICBs) and Conventional Regional Development Banks (CRDBs) during the three years Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia from 2021 to 2023. It is also to know the health of the bank based on Financial Ratios. The research is quantitative by comparing the financial ratios of ICBs and CRDBs. The research result shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of ICBs is higher than CRDBs, Return On Assets (ROA) of ICBs is lower than CRBDs, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of ICBs is lower than Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) of CRBDs and OER or REO of ICBs is higher than CRBDs. Overall ICBs is healthier than CRBDs in term of financial performance.
