Furthermore, it describes the composition of MSMEs in Indonesia based on financial potential and employment. The sample used was 211 from Pekanbaru city. Where the majority of MSME actors are women, less than 25 years old, university graduates, employment below 5 people and sales turnover ranging from 5 million rupiah to 10 million rupiah every month. The analysis method uses PLS-SEM with the tool Smart PLS 3. Where financial literacy on MSMEs performance is represented by financial behavior, financial knowledge and financial attitude variables. Where each variable has a significant effect and positive correlation. Meanwhile, Islamic financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs is represented by variables of financial behavior, financial attitude, financial skills and financial awareness which have a significant effect with a positive correlation except financial awareness which is negatively correlated. This study also looks at the trend of each variable in the study. The type of research used in this study is the quantitative analysis method, which is a data analysis method used to see the available data by comparing the changes that occur. With secondary data obtained from the Directorate General of Taxes of the Ministry of Finance and BPS Bengkalis Regency. The data was processed using E-Views 12. Based on the results of this study, the variables of expenditure in the infrastructure sector, the education sector and the health sector have a positive and significant influence on the increase in the al aql index in Bengkalis district, while the variable of expenditure realization in the economic sector of the Bengkalis district government has a negative and insignificant influence on increasing the al aql index in Bengkalis district. The financial ratios used consist of BOPO Efficiency Ratio (REO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL) or Non-Performing Financing (NPF) to Return on Assets (ROA) in BPR and BPR Syariah in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out using quarterly time series data published by the Financial Services Authority. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 23 software.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that REO, CAR, and NPL simultaneously had no effect on BPR ROA, while the results showed that REO, CAR, and NPF simultaneously affected Sharia BPR ROA. REO partially has a negative and significant effect on ROA BPR, CAR and NPL have no effect on BPR ROA. Internet penetration is 79.65% in Medan City with internet use in households predominantly for entertainment. This study also explores the opportunities and challenges of utilizing the internet for more productive activities, especially sharia-based online business and online education. The qualitative approach in this research was a survey of 70 Muslim families in Medan City. The research results show that although 72% of respondents are aware of the internet's potential in improving the family economy, only 31% agree that the internet has been used optimally for productive activities. The main obstacles found were a lack of online business training (60% of respondents) and limited access to stable digital infrastructure. However, there is a strong desire from 90% of respondents to increase sharia-based digital literacy, with the hope that the internet can be used more productively in accordance with sharia principles. This research also highlights the importance of government and private sector support in increasing digital literacy and providing adequate infrastructure, so that the internet can be used to support productive economic activities in accordance with Islamic economic principles. This study uses four independent variables, namely the variable Ease (X1), Benefits (X2), Attitude Factor (X3) and the dependent variable, namely the variable Interest (Y). This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 40 congregations. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method in the form of written statements which were distributed to the congregation of the mosque, using the minimum sample technique. Data analysis was performed by processing data using SPSS Statistics V.23. Furthermore, data analysis using validity, reliability, classical assumption test, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test (R2), t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially there is no significant effect the magnitude of the three independent variables on the dependent variable is only 9.3 while the remaining 90.7 is influenced by other factors outside of the study. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui usaha keramba ikan dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah di Desa Merangin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.</em></p> <p><em>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Usaha keramba ikan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar PLTA Koto Panjang Desa Merangin. Dengan harga ikan Nila yang lebih cenderung stabil di pasaran, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga secara mandiri sehingga mereka dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sandang, pangan dan papan, 2) Para pelaku usaha keramba ikan di sekitar di sekitar PLTA Koto Panjang Desa Merangin Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar dalam menjalankan usahanya menggunakan modal pribadi, tidak menjalin sistem kerjasama bagi hasil dengan pemodal, 3) Ketidakseimbangan harga jual ikan antara produsen dengan supplier menjadi salah-satu hambatan bagi para pelaku usaha keramba ikan di Desa Merangin.
